Excellent location
Excellent location right on the river and very close to all St. Ives’s attractions. Short walk into town, beautiful views. Our room was clean and good size, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean, water hot, shower was quite challenging, took us a while to work out how to turn it on. We had an upgrade which was unexpected and very much appreciated. Thank you

Clean and comfortable.
Nicely situated and quiet. Well placed for local eateries. Breakfast was enlivened by a black pudding that defied all efforts to cut into it. A spirited attempt eventually produced a “Pac Man” shape much to our amusement. I didn’t attempt to actually bite into it. The rest of the food was just fine!

Very good in all respects!.
All good in the hotel, from being given our choice of room, having all we needed in the room, comfort, cleanliness, close proximity to town, parking, including leaving our car for a while after checking out to go for a walk, and breakfast was just what we needed 👍

Booking Cancellation Policy

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 2 days prior to arrival are without charge.
Bookings cancelled within the2 days before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of The total cost of the booking.

General Policy

Cancellation policy:
The cancellation policy is reflected in the terms and conditions of your booking.
If the booking is cancelled before 23:59 - 2 day(s) before check-in it is free of charge less than 2 day(s) before check-in the charge is 100% of total
No shows will be charged the full price of the reservation.
Any cancellation of ongoing stays must be within the cancellation window otherwise the affected nights will be charged.

Notwithstanding any other provision the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation for any reason in its sole discretion and will not be liable to the customer for any damages foreseen and unseen other than for a full refund of any amounts paid.

PETS:
Well behaved small dogs are allowed at an extra fee of £20.00 per night for special appointed rooms only subject to availability. Please note we require a £100.00 refundable deposit at the time of booking to cover damage.

Check in from 14:00 onward - Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an earlier check in.

The hotel reserves the right to recover the costs of any damage caused to your room during your stay, this includes any items missing when you leave as well as any disturbance or nuisance caused to other hotel guests.
By signing this document you authorise the hotel to charge your credit/debit card for any outstanding charges that you may have on your room bill if you depart without settling these with reception
