Good but
The hotel has been beautifully refurbished since it had to deal with others but the room had skylight windows and no information on how to open the windows and have fresh air coming into the room. I could not turn the heating off. It was a sauna. The bathroom light stays on for maybe 15 minutes after use and illuminates the main room but to close/open the door there is a loud squeak. Petty things to some but if you hsve breathing / sleeping issues most important

The dolphin hotel
Lovely hotel. Reception lads and lasses were very polite. The bar needs to be addressed as there were no staff. (Maybe because it’s winter ) great location for town. ( witherspoons ) all in all a great hotel

Great location
Had a very nice stay this weekend .The only down side was we hada £15 bar voucher in with theroom cost ,but the bar had a private function on ,so we were unable to redeem thisHowever this did not reflect on the nice room and breakfast was great .We would stay there again

Booking Cancellation Policy

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 2 days prior to arrival are without charge.
Bookings cancelled within the2 days before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of The total cost of the booking.

General Policy

Cancellation policy:
The cancellation policy is reflected in the terms and conditions of your booking.
If the booking is cancelled before 23:59 - 2 day(s) before check-in it is free of charge less than 2 day(s) before check-in the charge is 100% of total
No shows will be charged the full price of the reservation.
Any cancellation of ongoing stays must be within the cancellation window otherwise the affected nights will be charged.

Notwithstanding any other provision the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation for any reason in its sole discretion and will not be liable to the customer for any damages foreseen and unseen other than for a full refund of any amounts paid.

PETS:
Well behaved small dogs are allowed at an extra fee of £20.00 per night for special appointed rooms only subject to availability. Please note we require a £100.00 refundable deposit at the time of booking to cover damage.

Check in from 14:00 onward - Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an earlier check in.

The hotel reserves the right to recover the costs of any damage caused to your room during your stay, this includes any items missing when you leave as well as any disturbance or nuisance caused to other hotel guests.
By signing this document you authorise the hotel to charge your credit/debit card for any outstanding charges that you may have on your room bill if you depart without settling these with reception
